New Zealand Oil & Gas Ltd publishes an Annual Report, Shareholder Review, Interim (Half-Yearly) Report and Quarterly Activity Reports.
Every three months NZOG shareholders receive a Quarterly Report, keeping them updated on the company's activities. Around September each year, shareholders are sent a Shareholder Review, an annual review of NZOG's performance and plans.
The more accounts-focussed Annual and Interim Reports are available on-line and will only be sent to those shareholders who have elected to receive printed copies under section 209 of the Companies Act.

2009 Interim Report
The Interim Report for the period to 31 December 2008 has been posted to those shareholders who requested one under the Section 209 Notice issued by NZOG in August 2008. Any other shareholder wanting a printed copy can request one from 0800 467 335 (NZ) or 1800 501 366 (Aust). An electronic copy of the Interim Report is available here.
The Interim Report contains the Interim Financial Statements that were released to the markets on 25 February 2009.

2008 Annual Report
New Zealand Oil & Gas Ltd released its 2008 Annual Report on-line using new software that makes reading a large document on-line much easier.
It can be viewed like a book in two-page format, which is best for quickly scanning through the document, or in single page view. It is also a searchable document.
