Director Resignation – Rebecca Delaet

New Zealand Oil & Gas Director and Audit Committee Chair Rebecca DeLaet has stepped down from the company’s Board for personal reasons, effective from Friday 20 December 2019.

Alastair McGregor will be appointed the new Audit Committee Chair.

The Board would like to thank Rebecca DeLaet for her service to the company since 2017 and wish her all the very best.
