Director Resignation

New Zealand Oil & Gas director Ducan Saville has resigned from the board following the announcement that OG Oil & Gas has passsed 50 per cent acceptances for its partial takeover offer and received Overseas Invetsment Office approval.

Mr Saville has been a director since November 2014.

Chief executive Andrew Jefferies thanked Mr Saville for his service. “The company has been through considerable change during Mr Saville’s time on the board and he leaves the company in good shape as we enter an exciting new era. We wish him all the best for the future.”
