Scheme Implementation Agreement Terminated

The scheme implementation agreement with O.G. Oil & Gas (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (OGOG) was terminated today.

This formally brings to an end the process for the proposed scheme of arrangement with OGOG. The scheme will not proceed.

New Zealand Oil & Gas thanks all shareholders for their interest and engagement in this process.
